Practical support around people, families and the relationships that matter
Empower YOUth brings funded services, community programmes and charity work together under one purpose: we want people and families to have useful support around them, earlier where possible and with practical follow-through when circumstances are already difficult.
What Empower YOUth is here to do
Empower YOUth helps children, young people, families and carers build stronger relationships, greater stability and practical ways forward. That can look different from one person to the next — in-home support, helping a parent or carer use strategies in everyday life, psychosocial support, behaviour support, respite, outdoor work or school re-engagement. Some services can also extend into adulthood where the requested support fits our scope.
The common thread is support that takes real life seriously.

Service delivery
Empower YOUth OoHC Services is the registered NDIS provider through which funded and other fee-for-service supports are delivered. Current pathways include H.O.M.E., R.I.S.E., W.I.L.D., R.E.S.T., P.A.T.H. and UpB.E.A.T.

Charity and community
Empower YOUth OoHC is a registered charity and DGR-endorsed organisation. Its work includes community programmes, the Empower YOUth L.A.B, earlier-support activity, fundraising, grants, sponsorship and partnerships.
Different needs can require different pathways
Some people need a structured funded service. Others may first connect through a programme, parent session, community activity or the L.A.B. The two arms let Empower YOUth create different pathways while remaining clear about how the work is funded and delivered.
