How we handle your information
When you make an enquiry or referral, we ask only for the information needed to understand who needs support, where, and what you are looking for. Detailed health, medication, disability, behavioural and risk information is collected later, through the appropriate secure intake process, only if the enquiry progresses.
We use your information to respond to you and, with consent and within the agreed scope of work, to coordinate support with the people already involved.
