When emotional wellbeing is making everyday life harder

R.I.S.E. provides mental health and psychosocial support when difficulties with emotional wellbeing or coping are making everyday life harder. Psychosocial support looks at how this is affecting things such as routines, relationships, activities and participation at home or in the community.

Support focuses on understanding what is happening and building practical ways to cope, regulate and participate in everyday life. Depending on practitioner scope and the agreed service, this may include support planning, wellbeing support, daily-living skills and strategies that can be used beyond the session.
